I. What is the Privacy Policy

VI. Why we collect and process personal data

Purposes of processing:

  1. Entering into and performance of a contract for the sale products and the related pre-offer inquiries and consultations. After-sales service for our products.
    Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: necessity of performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
    Storage period: For the period of performance of the contract and for six years after the performance thereof (the period determined by tax obligations and the statute of limitations for civil law claims).

  2. Marketing, including customer satisfaction surveys or product or promotional communications.
    Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR: freely given consent.
    Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent.

  3. Statistical purposes: ability to verify the number of visitors to our websites and the popularity of individual subpages. Technical purposes: ensuring the correct display of the website
    Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: legitimate interests pursued by the controller.
    Retention period: Until the lapse of the Controller’s legitimate interests but not longer than two years or until the time when the data subject objects to such further processing, where the right to such objection is granted under the law.

VII. Where you personal data may be transferred

  1. This is to inform you that your personal data may be transferred to:

    1. Our business Partners: for the purposes of submitting offers and continuing to perform the contract;

    2. IT service providers (website administrator, hosting provider);

    3. Marketing agencies;

    4. Transport and courier companies, service technicians, fitters.

  2. We draw your attention to the fact that the above entities process data on the basis of contracts for the entrusting of personal data entered into with us and on the basis of our documented instructions.

  3. In some cases, your personal data may, in accordance with applicable law, be transferred to entities entitled to obtain them, such as law enforcement agencies.

    3. right to erasure of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR);

    4. right to restriction of processing of data (Article 18 of the GDPR);

    5. right to personal data portability (Article 19 of the GDPR);

    6. right to object to processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR);

    7. right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal: where data processing is based on the data subject’s consent (Article 7(3) of the GDPR);

    8. right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO): Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (Article 77 of the GDPR).
